The Treasurer shall maintain accurate financial transactions, maintain lists of donors of money, goods and services, disburse funds as directed by the County Chairman, prepare and deliver regular financial reports to the Executive Committee and to the County Chairman and present the books for annual state audit. Other responsibilities and duties are as follows:

• Be familiar and ensure compliance with all Ohio laws and regulations regarding the proper completion of financial reports;
• Sit as an ex-officio member of the Finance Committee; and
• Any additional duty or responsibility that the County Chairman may assign.
